2.1  Finding Thabo is an initiative of  The Reach Trust.  Finding Thabo is an app for parents and practitioners of young children. It helps them to stimulate key parts of their children’s brains in fun and interactive ways.

2.2 We are responsible for the processing of your personal information when you use Finding Thabo as set out in this Privacy Policy. Our contact details are available on www.thereachtrust.org.

3.1. We collect personal information from you directly when you register on the app.

4.1. We process personal information, which may include your name, contact number and school, but this information will never be shared with a third party without your express permission.

4.2 You are responsible to ensure that the information you provide us is accurate and complete. To ensure the accuracy and completeness of the information, you are also responsible to update the information supplied.

4.3. Finding Thabo will not be held liable as a result of any inaccuracies or lack of completeness of information.

5. Why do we collect your information?

5.1. We use your information to provide you with Finding Thabo’s services and to maintain a database of our users.

5.2 Occasionally we and our partners (Reach’s partners, affiliates, agents, funders or contractors) will use your information to improve our services to you and to inform you of our and their services and activities that may be of interest to you.

If you exercise your right to object or if you withdraw your consent and if the circumstances make it reasonable for us to do so, we may suspend our services to you.

8.2 If you believe we process your information contrary to this Privacy Policy or in contravention of the law, you may lay a complaint object with the Information Regulator (once it has been established).
